At the AISJ Annual General Meeting held on April 24, 2012, the attached Memorandum of Incorporation was approved and accepted. It was filed with the relevant authorities on November 26, 2012 and came into effect. The vote to approve the new Memorandum of Incorporation and its filing were in compliance with South Africa's Companies Act 2008.
