At the American International School of Johannesburg we firmly believe that quality education is highly dependent on both the recruitment and development of a talented and a vibrant staff.
We place critical importance, and expend considerable energy, on the recruitment and training of staff. The vast majority of teachers are hired through interviews held at recruitment fairs in North America, Asia, and the United Kingdom. Vacancies may be listed on the AISJ website as well as with The International Educator, Search Associates, and International Schools Services recruitment agencies.

The American International School of Johannesburg not only seeks talented and energetic individuals who are committed to working in a collaborative and supportive learning environment, but who critically, are willing to participate in ongoing professional development.
