Supervise each session from start time to dismissal, and ensure students are supervised at all times
Take attendance each session
Report attendance next day
If sick or away include activity plan in substitute lesson plan
Sponsors can not cancel sessions
Activities are never to be cancelled unless activities coordinator or principal cancels due to special circumstances.
If activity can not occur due to weather, it is the sponsors responsibility to arrange for alternative activity, and supervise the activity until the end of the session.

Commit to activity & follow through on commitment
Attend all sessions (notify sponsor/coach if unable to attend)
