The AISJ Compass serves as the foundation and guiding framework for all that we do as a learning community. It brings together our Vision, Purpose, Community Principles, Pillars, Parameters, Learning Principles, and Portrait of a Learner - each an essential element that defines who we are and what we aspire to become. Together, these components create alignment across the school, ensuring that every decision, initiative, and interaction reflects our shared values and educational philosophy. The Compass not only points us toward our collective goals but also shapes the lived experience of our students and staff - fostering a community where learning is purposeful, relationships are grounded in care, and every individual is empowered to grow, contribute, and thrive.
