Archery Academy

Lessons consist of more than just bow shooting. The style of archery that I teach is a traditional barebow shooting where we focus on using our instinct rather than relying on accessories like sights and stabilizers. I include various physical exercises like running, pushups, sit-ups, skipping and stretching. As we know, movement is incredibly important for a growing child and in my lessons, I teach them to become more mindful of how they move and how to better look after their bodies. Target shooting helps them to channel their focus which benefits the students greatly as that same focus can be applied in all areas of life. Parent paid activity.
