Rise of the Dragons
by Angie Sage
I did not enjoy this as well as other Angie Sage books. The character arcs were a bit rushed and didactic in parts. Josh is too gullible or naive for a boy growing up in harsh circumstances. I'd expect him to be distrustful to name one. ...

AISJ Library Philosophy
The Quinlan library strives to be welcoming, student-centered, and foster a love of reading. Today, students learn to use ever-changing technology tools, sift through enormous amounts of information, use digital resources, and make sense of it all by creating new knowledge and sharing it with others. As they learn different literacies, librarians are teachers that assist with creative and critical-thinking skills to transform information into organized knowledge used to make decisions, draw conclusions, and create new knowledge. The core of any vibrant library is the promotion of inquiry and reading and something we strive for at the Quinlan library.
